Description:
A small decorative vintage Florentine box. Hand painted in green, pale pink and gold gilt with wavy shaped edges. The box is made of wood and has a hinged lid, with a clean burgundy interior. It is stamped Made in Italy on the base.
It is in good vintage condition although it does show evidence of its past life. The paint is worn in a few places, however this just adds to its unique charm.
This pretty little box, chosen for its timeworn beauty, would look lovely on a dressing table...ideal for jewellery and keepsakes.
